In case you are not satisfied with the merchandise purchased, you may return the items within 30 days after delivery date.Returns will only be accepted for unused and undamaged products(it is acceptable if returned products are not in original packaging). In the return package please include our invoice for this order. Once the merchandise arrive our warehouse we will transfer back the payable amount; however we are not eligible for the return delivery cost. In case of quality issue please don't hesitate to contact us at info@sophia-ltd.com with a proof or image of the defective product. We will proceed to a replacement shipment free of charge.
