"National Fitness Day" Gansu Province Bridge Series Competition Rules

I. Organizer: National Sports General Administration Board of Chess Sports Management Center

Third, time and place: August 8-27, 2017, Gansu Province Bridge Association Activity Center (No. 262 West Railway Village, Chengguan District, Lanzhou City).


Fourth, the competition project:


1, beer doubles


2, open double game


3, public team games


4, mixed doubles


V. Participation Measures


(1) All cities and counties of Gansu Province, Lanzhou New District, universities, enterprises, institutions, bridge clubs and all bridge enthusiasts can apply for free entries.


(b) For every two people in the doubles competition, one entry "pair" is to be entered for entry, and there is no limit to the number of places; a team of 4 to 6 people will form a team and the quota will not be limited.


(3) Each team must purchase personal accidental insurance (including during the competition and on the way back and forth).


Sixth, the competition method


(1) Implementing the 2013 China Bridge Race Rules approved by the China Bridge Association;


(b) The open team competition uses a points arrangement, a total of 5 rounds of 10 cards per round; the doubles match uses the Mitchell shift system, single-champion rankings, 1 section of the game, 24 cards per section.


VII. Rewards


(I) Team competition incentives


The first place is 1,000 yuan, the second place is 600 yuan, and the third place is 400 yuan. The fourth place is 200 yuan.


(B) Double-player incentives


There are no rewards for the beer doubles competition. The Gansu Province Bridge Sports Association offers beer for participants to drink for free, and the open doubles and mixed doubles have the first 4 awards.


The first place is 300 yuan, the second place is 200 yuan, the third place is 100 yuan, and the fourth place is 50 yuan. All the contestants are awarded according to the regulations to the masters of the China Bridge Association and masters of the Gansu Provincial Bridge Association.


Eight, technical officials


Referees and arbitrations are sent by the Gansu Provincial Bridge Association.


IX. Registration


(1) Registration: Each team will send the electronic version of the registration form to Gansu Province Bridge Association (Li Congzhi, 13893416338, gsba0101@126.com);


(B) Reports: Each participating unit and individual will report to the venue one day before the competition.


X. Tournament Fees:


Each team in this competition will receive a registration fee of RMB 100. The doubles competition will not charge the entry fee. All participants will be responsible for their own expenses.


XI. The authority for interpretation of this regulation belongs to the Gansu Provincial Bridge Association.
