I. The purpose of the competition: In coordination with the development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, through exchanges, learn about licensing techniques and enhance friendship, and then promote the development of the Middle-aged and old-aged Bridge Sports in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.


Second, the competition date: September 21 to September 24, 2017


3. Venue: Zhangjiakou Hotel (No. 13 Jiefang Street, Qiaodong District, Zhangjiakou City). Driving friends from the Zhangcheng Expressway "Zhangjiakou / Wuyi Road" exit west straight through the Wuyi Street, Wuyi Street, to "51 Street and Jiefang Road" turn left to go. From the train station, take the No. 1 bus from Zhangjiakou South Railway Station to the “North Railway Station” and walk 350 meters to the north.

    VII. Competition Project: Open Team Race


Eight, entry conditions:


Each team can have one team leader and one coach, and 4-6 athletes.


There are no gender limits for the participating athletes, and the participants’ birth time must be: December 31, 1957 (for men) and December 31, 1962 (for women). Each team allowed no more than one-third of the player's age to float 5 years old according to the above method. Entrants should provide a copy of their ID card at the time of registration. Teams must purchase personal accidental injury insurance (including during and during the competition).


Nine, competition methods


The “China Bridge Card Contest Rules” newly approved by the China Bridge Association will be executed. The referee shall be responsible for the interpretation and implementation of the rules.


The game is divided into two phases


In the first stage, the Swiss system was used to compile the points. A total of six rounds of competition were held, each round of 10 cards, and ranked in VP (20VP system, the same below) points.


The second stage: sub-elimination, additional points arranged in two parts.


1. Elimination


Quarter-finals: The 1-3th team has the right to select opponents from the 5th to 8th teams in turn and play 20 decks of cards in two sessions, each with 10 decks. The winning team enters the semi-finals, and the negative team takes the additional points to organize the first 6 rounds of the first two rounds of the average VP to participate in the additional points competition.


Semi-final: Four winning teams in the quarter-finals play 20 sets of games, divided into two sections, each with 10 decks. The team ranked first in the first stage among the four teams has the right to select opponents from the 3rd and 4th teams to win the team into the finals and the negative team to enter 3 or 4 matches.


Finals and 3 or 4 matches: 20 pairs of games, divided into two sections, each with 10 decks.


2. Additional points arrangement: The teams who did not enter the elimination stage in the first stage enter the additional points arrangement. Six rounds of 10 decks per round. The cumulative VP with additional points and the 40% VP for each team in the first stage qualify for the final ranking.


Ten, admission rankings and awards:


1. The top four players in the elimination match.


2. Additional credits will be arranged for the top 6 candidates (according to the registration status, there may be changes in the admission order)


3. The bonus distribution is as follows:


(1) Elimination:


Championship: 5,000 yuan, runner-up: 3,000 yuan, second runner-up: 2,500 yuan, fourth: 2,000 yuan.


(2) Integral Arrangement:


No.1: 1800 Yuan No.2: 1,500 Yuan No.3: 1200 Yuan


No. 4: 1000 yuan No. 5: 800 yuan No. 6: 600 yuan


4. The members of the China Bridge Association may obtain the corresponding master points according to the relevant provisions of the China Bridge Association.


11. Registration and Registration


(a) Registration


1. Each qualified team member shall apply for the second session of the "Baiying Cup" Bridge Tournament title of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei section of the China Bridge Network before September 10, 2017. 2. Entry fee: 500 yuan per team.


(b) Registration


1. Each team should report to the game on September 21, and the leader meeting should be held at 20:00 on September 21. September 22nd 8:00 start on time;


2. Room and board costs 200 yuan per person per day.

Each team must strengthen the team's safety management work. It is necessary to purchase accidental injury insurance for athletes (including during and during the competition) to ensure that athletes do not have any physical discomfort or illness (including congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, and hypertension , cerebrovascular disease, myocarditis, other heart diseases, coronary artery disease, severe arrhythmia, diabetes with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia, and other diseases that are not suitable for exercise) are suitable for participation in this competition.
